法律は平等に施行されていますか?
外国人がクルマを運転する場合は対人対物無制限の保険加入を義務付けるべき、加入してなかったら即強制送還し、事故を起こしたら即危険運転罪で裁くべきであります
これ、日本人だと確実に重罪でしょうけど、やっぱり外国人だと不起訴なのかな？
