UHA味覚糖「食用コオロギ」を未来食として提供

UHA味覚糖株式会社（本社:大阪市中央区、代表取締役:山田泰正）は、「次世代たんぱく質」として期待される食用コオロギを使用した美味しい未来食の研究プロジェクトを開始致しました。６月17日（月）～８月４日（日）までの間、「Makuake」にて支援者を募集致します。
支援者の方への返礼品として、応援購入品の「未来タンパク　三ツ星コオロギ」や「高タンパク質セット」をご用意しております。
