茨城県内を中心に住居に侵入して窃盗を繰り返していたなどとしてベトナム人の男3人が逮捕されました。　警察によりますと、茨城県土浦市に住むベトナム人で無職のグエン・バン・ハイ容疑者（39）ら3人は茨城県内を中心に、留守宅に侵入して窃盗を繰り返していたなどの疑いが持たれています。
